The Glee Live Tour intro video for the LXD was shot on the Epic-M camera provided by Tonaci Tran.

At this production I worked as the sound recordist. Two channels of lapel mic was used in the car hiding in the visor and a boom mic to cover everything else. There were three generators on set to power the lights and with the scene taking place in an alley the sounds from them just bounced everywhere. Regardless, the audio captured by both the lavs and the boom were still clean enough to use. A simple noise gate with reverb and you wouldn't be able to ehar the noise. Unfortunately whoever did the final audio mix is not very balance at all let alone hearing any generator noise on the set.
